In September 2018 I met with the USTA to come up with a headwear and apparel assortment to be offered at the upcoming US Open Tennis event in August. In this meeting we discussed the desired look and strategy for merchandising the product. These are some examples of the materials provided to create a color story.
Once the color story was finalized, we started going over inspiration and ideas for new graphics. We discussed previous offerings, marketing and merchandising the product and the targeted USTA customer. These graphics were designed inspired by the iconic colors, shapes and history that make the US Open Championship a unique event. These graphics will be included in an overall order totaling $1.5 M, up thirty percent from the previous year.
In 2018 I was given the opportunity to design a headwear and apparel assortment for the Four Seasons Lanai Resort in Hawaii. The goal was to come up with a design that would be distributable on the resort property and throughout the island of Lanai. Here are some of the graphics I designed for the assortment and the final product below.
